These Terms and Conditions will become binding on You (the guest) and us, Trenance Farm Cottages when we confirm your booking by sending you a booking confirmation by email or by post if requested.
- We reserve the right to decline or accept a booking request
- All bookings must be accompanied by a 30% deposit
- The
balance
is due 2 months (62 days) before the start of the holiday. If the booking is made less than four weeks before the start of the holiday, the full amount is due. If you fail to pay the balance on the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel your booking and apply our cancellation provisions, set out below.
- We can only hold
provisional bookings for FOUR days.
Check in time is 2:30 pm on the day of arrival – please help us by not arriving before then. Please also let us know if you will be arriving after
6pm.
- Check out time
is by 9.30am on the day of departure.
- Payments:
You can pay the deposit for your holiday by cheque (made out to Trenance Farm Cottages), debit card, credit card or bank transfer.
- All our cottages are non-smoking.
- Electricity, heating,
and the laundry room are included in the rental price.
- Bed linen & towels (please bring your own beach towels) are supplied but please note that linen/bedding for cots is not provided.
- No liability can be accepted for any loss, damage or injury to occupants or their property during the period of the holiday. Damages and breakages must be reported and may be charged for.
- The use of the swimming pool is purely complementary and does not form any part of our contract for the booking of our self-catering cottages.
